These Duck + Cruise = Heart duck tag decals are a much easier option than traditional duck tags. We customize, print, cut, and ship them to your door. All you have to do is stick them to your ducks! (ducks not included) Your ducks will stand out from the crowd with this cute personalized design! These stickers are designed to be stuck to the bottom of ducks that have a flat bottom of at least 1 1/8 inches (26 MM) in diameter. They can also be stuck to the front or back of the magnet ducks in our shop. ✦Specifications✦ Each sticker is 1.03 inches (2.6 CM) in diameter. There are 12 stickers on a sheet, which is 4.6 inches (11.7 CM) wide and 3.5 inches (8.9 CM) tall. The stickers are made out of strong, glossy vinyl. They can be removed without leaving a residue. These stickers are not designed to get wet. ✦Personalization✦ You are encouraged to get creative with your personalization! We have provided some ideas, but feel free to add something that is not listed. This sticker has room for up to three personalizations. You do not need to use all three; the fewer you have, the bigger the text will be. ✦Will these stickers stick to my ducks?✦ In most cases, yes! We have tested and personally used our stickers on many popular ducks available on the market. While they work with many different types of ducks, please note that there are a few exceptions. Here is how to spot ducks that are not compatible with stickers: >Soft and supple ducks. Stickers do not adhere well to this type of material. We have primarily experienced this issue with those purchased from the large red bullseye store. >Ducks with squeakers in the bottom. These ducks tend to be soft, and they have less surface area on the bottom for the sticker to adhere to. >Ducks with text or other logos moulded into the bottom. The 3D text molded into the bottom creates an uneven surface, which means that stickers cannot adhere properly. This issue is uncommon, but there is a specific brand of glitter ducks that has text molded into the bottom, making them incompatible with stickers. ≫Here are some ideas for solutions if you have trouble getting the labels to stick: 1. Apply a drop of cyanoacrylate (super glue) gel on the duck, and then place the sticker on top. 2. Hot glue is another effective option, especially for ducks with uneven surfaces. 3. Alternatively, you can attach the sticker to paper hang tags rather than sticking them to the bottom of your ducks. We have hang tags in our shop that are sized just right for this purpose. Skip stickers altogether and go for a personalized hang tag. ✦Shipping✦ Your stickers will be carefully packed in a giftable decorative kraft paper bag and shipped in a bubble mailer.     Personalized Items

    Because personalized products are made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to make it right.

    Non-Personalized Items

    • Damaged or Defective: If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 14 days of delivery. We will replace it free of charge.
    • Other Returns & Exchanges: For all other returns or exchanges, email us within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returned items must be in like new condition.
    • Gifts: Items received as gifts may be returned or exchanged within 90 days of delivery. Proof of purchase is required. Exchanges can be made for an item of equal or lesser value.
    When will my order ship?

    We process and ship orders within 1–3 business days (most go out in just 1–2). If we’re ever experiencing delays, you’ll see an announcement posted at the top of our website so you’ll know right away.

    How long will delivery take?

    Standard shipping usually takes 3–5 business days, but delivery times can sometimes be longer depending on the carrier. If you need your order faster, we recommend choosing UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air Saver at checkout. The cost of these upgraded options will be shown before you place your order.

    How can I track my order?

    You’ll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. If you created an account at checkout, you can also log in to see your tracking details there. Can’t find your email? Just reach out and we’ll resend it.

    What if my order arrives damaged?

    Don’t worry, we’ll make it right. Just email us a photo of the damage within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll replace the damaged item(s) at no extra cost to you.
